Berbuka puasa bersama kawan-kawan

Hari sabtu gak, geng-geng opis plan berbuka puasa ramai2 kat kedai. aku dah survey malee tomyam dengkil pada petang jumaat. tapi sabtu petang baru leh order. so, balik mancing di lukut, terus kami booking tempat dan order makanan.

so dipendekkan cerita, petang tu kami pon berkumpul 15 orang (termasuk family masing2) dan berbuka sama2. mmg meriah sungguh.

berikut adalah senarai menu yg kami makan mlm tu:
Siakap 3 rasa (besar)x 2ekor
Siakap Stim (besar)x 2ekor
Kailan ikan masin (2orang makan) x 3 hidang
Tomyam ayam (3orang makan) x 2 hidang
Teh O ais, Limau ais, Teh O ais limau ( 1 jag setiap satu)
Telur dadar - aniz bawak
Sayur campur - aniz bawak

Malam Mesra JPA - Dinner with PM

Malam Mesra JPA - rebranding frm the previous Malam JPAs. Just another dinner with some VVIPs, plus spoons and forks still clanks when the music stops :D

Makanan- tak la best sangat, tapi tak la teruk sgt. mgkn sbb udang tak berapa fresh.

Service (waiter/waitress) - teruk, pinggan tak clear, desert never reach the table, tea/coffee tumpang bau kat meja orang sebelah je, worst of all, diorang xde pon kat tepi bila kita nak panggil.

Entertainment - biasa je.. (mungkin aku sendiri distracted kot...) Jac, Syed Sobri and Azie, Azian Mazwan Safuan, Kombo DBKL, penari Dewan Budaya, Bintang Lagu Moden dan Klasik MAKSWIP.

Benda best - semua yg datang dapat thumbdrive 1Malaysia 2GB

SG2 Char Kuey Teow- Telur Ayam Dibasuh

One of the famous Char Kuey Teow outlet in Penang. RM3.50 for a small serving size, RM4 big size, RM4.50 big+fried egg. got some big prawn in the kuey teow. quite delicious but i prefer the one from kg. pelet, penanti. the stall do hv other menu; fried rice with prawn (RM4.50) and a plate of pried prawn (RM5.00)

Start with a bang!!

Today, breakfast was big. Some of us bring foods to share. So, we ate fried rice, rice porridge with salted egg, black tea and kuih badak berendam for desert (yes, today we hv desert during breakfast).

Caiyo Bistro

Char Kuey Teow Rambo at Caiyo Bistro, Sg. Merab. One of the almost perfect resemblence (in Putrajaya / Bangi) to the ones in Penang. The look, the taste was perfect. Sorry, there was nothing left in the plate when i took the pic :D

Went for a haircut at my fav barber this afternoon. got my self a crew cut, fit for my national park expedition next weekend. and after that, 3 of us went for lunch at a stall nearby. the stall is in front of a small local clinic at sungai ramal baru. got myself a kuey teow goreng. man, it was delicous. tried some meatball from the bakso from one of my friend bowl. not bad for a simple stall. suddenly it reminded me of the food journey that spawned a couple years earlier. hmm...
