World Cup 2010 : ESP vs POR

Watched the Round of 16 game between Spain and Portugal. FMO, Torres should be substituted at half time as the replacement do produce some shots that gave others room to take a shot at the goal. The result, David Villa manage to squeeze between the Portugal defenders and scored at 63th minute. So, one of my fav team qualify to the quarter final.

weight gain

Been 30 days frm our last badminton game. can feel my body gaining weight frm all the energy frm foods consumed during the period. my gym days are over coz every evening hv to pick my daughter frm the nanny. hope i'll hv a break once a week frm the duty so that i can continue to maintain 2 days of working out/physical activities every week.

Seiko Diver SKX007K

This is my Automatic Seiko Diver 200m (SKX007K) Cal. 7S26-0020.
Although it is a recon watch (non 100% original SKX007K original parts,
non 100% Cal. 7S26-0020 parts, even the dial, bezel insert is not original, and the case back cover is taken from 7S26-0030); I really love this Frankenseiko. It oozes man look. feels solid n heavy on my wrist. I hope that it'll last 10 years with constant abuse of outdoor activity, swimming, sweat and shock (well, its not G-Shock ok). I'll push its capability to the fullest and we'll see which one of us will break first :D

my almost-upset day has turn to a full upset day. my fren got a call from his mother whom told him that his auntie died. as a fren and the one who shared our thought about life and "life", I feel so depress bcoz he always told me about his maklong frm the day she was admited to Hospital Selayang. no more words frm me :( .. al-fatihah
